Miller Brother Staffing is recruiting for production operators for our client in Bloomsburg, PA!Pay: $20.63 SHIFT: 6pm - 6:00am (2/3/2 schedule, alternating weeks) PRODUCTION OPERATOR DESIRED ABILITIES: The Operator will be responsible to operate production equipment to meet quality/production targets and must show a commitment to environmental, health and safety and continuous improvement. Operating one or more machines at a time to produce structural aluminum, inspect product and package. Must be able to read a tape measure. PRODUCTION OPERATOR ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Follows all safety procedures
• Operates one or more pieces of equipment in a safe and efficient manner to produce quality products while keeping pace
• Follow instructions
• Perform quality checks; visually inspect product for defects
• Completes required paperwork
• Must be able to use hand tools and read a tape measure
• Other Job Duties as required

PRODUCTION OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS:

• Good verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Must be able to work efficiently in groups and independently.
• Ability to bend, stoop, stretch, and twist. Safely lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects 30 lbs. or more
• Ability to stand for 12 hours
