Production Packer - Overnights - Insync Staffing : Job Details

Production Packer Pay: $16.55/hour (includes $.55 night shift differential), paid weekly. Hours: 6pm - 6am. Schedule: Rotating-work 3 days one week (36 hours) and 4 days the next (48 hours). Location: Jackson, MI 49203. Duration: 3 months plus contract Summary:

• Pack finished siding and accessory products.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Assist in line setup, cut packing straps, assemble and glue boxes.
• Inspect siding panels for defects and report issues.
• Monitor and refill hot glue levels.
• Label and load boxes, strap skids, and prepare for transport.
• Perform housekeeping and train other packers as needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift/move up to 60 lbs without assistance.
• Prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
• Frequent use of tools like a hacksaw.
• Must tolerate noisy, dusty environments, heat, and chemical odors.
• Able to work 8-12+ hour shifts.
• Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment.
