Production Quality Inspector - Elkton, MI.90-Day Contract-to-Hire positionPay Rate: $16.75 per hourFirst Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pmRequirements of the Production Quality Inspector:

• Must hold or previously held Inspection Classification
• Must have the ability to read blueprints
• Must have the ability to perform first piece inspection part try-out and approval. Must have the ability to acquire knowledge of parts produced concerning quality requirements and parts produced concerning quality requirements and part concern history.
• Must be able to set, maintain, calibrate, and operate all necessary equipment for Inspection related duties, weld destruct tests and other requirements
• Must be familiar with plant operations and have a willingness to work in and maintain a team environment
• Must have organizational skills and ability to perform all applicable paperwork tasks including the solicitation of overtime
• Must be capable of following written and verbal instructions. Must have good written and oral communication skills. Must have ability to communicate with all levels of management. Must have good observation skills.
• Must be self-motivated. Must have good attendance record. Must have proven record of safe work habits.
