They will carry out training, execution, and follow up within the production team's receiving and stocking.Essential Functions:The following list of functions is descriptive of the work to be performed but it should not be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, functions, or tasks that the job may require.Functions

• Oversee and monitor the production team's receiving and stocking to ensure the production team can deliver quality products in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Collaborate with the supply chain manager, production manager, production team members, and colleagues within ProdataKey's team to improve receiving and stocking processes within Production.
• Motivate team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for improvement.
• Answer team member questions related to production receiving processes and goals, discover training needs, provide coaching, listen to team member feedback, and resolve inter-team conflicts.
• Collaborate with the production manager and production team lead on employee development relating to receiving responsibilities.
• Complete Monday point entry at the end of every business day for effective tracking of efficiency.
• Help maintain supply stock levels and carry out frequent inventory counts.
• Assess quality control for received product and goods.
• Assist management with training new team members on receiving and stocking responsibilities.
• Maintain relationships with outside vendors and product partners.
• Have a firm understanding of all production technician tasks.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
• Report to assigned office daily.

• 1+ years of experience in production or equivalent role.
• Proficiency in utilizing spreadsheet organization
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working independently and keeping to a tight production schedule.
• Acute attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Forklift Certification is a plus.
