This job was posted by : For more information, please see: DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to ensure that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process as production is a fast-paced environment. The role requires the ability to work with Production Supervisors, Shipping Supervisors, Production Manager and Materials Team to create production schedules. This person must have strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. The Production Schedulerposition is responsible for creating the scheduled for presses and automation. This role will also include a variety of tasks associated with planning issues, inventory levels, customer demands and preparation of various manufacturing reports.Qualifications:Strong time management and organizational skillsProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong communication skillsContinuous improvement mindsetAbility to interact with people at all levels of responsibility.High school diploma or equivalent required3 years experience in a in production planning and control role strongly preferred.ITW offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including competitively priced medical and dental coverage the first of the month following hire, free life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and immediate 401k matching.
