Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Scheduler to join their team. As a Production Scheduler, you will be part of the Planning and Scheduling team supporting the site Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Job Title: Production SchedulerLocation: Sun Valley, CAPay Range: $32 per hourWhat's the Job?Review, enter and verify open sales order.Create and review work orders according to sales order demand.Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.Maintain dispatch list and production schedule.What's Needed?High school diploma or high school equivalency preferred.
