Position is in our Womelsdorf Plant

Summary/Objective

The Production Scheduler is directly responsible for all production scheduling needs in order to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities for this position are as follow:

  • Responsible for all scheduling, ordering, pricing scheduling & deliveries
  • Track all incoming invoices from outside vendors
  • Monitor and regulate all special orders and warehouse inventory to properly schedule production lines to meet customer needs, for best profitability.
    • This includes monitoring cooler inventory, making inventory adjustments when needed, checking/correcting and posting all case counts and overseeing all production numbers and determining percentages from daily runs.
  • This specific job also requires the ordering of all product necessary in order to preform production slicing.
    • Ordering product requires several calculations to determine product poundage needed for shipping and slicing two weeks in advance.
  • Communication is a must in order to confirm product movement/delivery location.
  • Computer Knowledge and these systems -ERP, Excel,Email
  • Change management (ability to handle sudden changes and plan around them)
