Position Summary:

The Production Scheduler role delivers all-inclusive management of applying production schedule dates, making certain that customer needs are being met while collaborating with each department of the Operations Division as well as the Project Managers. They will act as the primary point of contact and liaison between the Production Plants and Project Managers.

Essential Job Functions/Duties:

· Acts as the exclusive point of contact for all affairs specific to their assigned Plants/Departments.

· Communicating both verbally and in written form, with the appropriate level of urgency

· Assign production dates once product is released to try and meet the assigned anticipation dates

· Review Production Scheduling Reports for assigned plant/plants daily to ensure products are being produced in a

timely manner to ensure customers' needs are being met. Adjust schedule dates if needed to get as close to the

pick/shipping date as reasonably possible

· Review inventory levels for assigned plants and schedule stock production to maintain the appropriate levels based on

Min/Max values and demand

· Address concerns from operations or project managers, providing expeditious resolutions

· Maintains daily communication with the Plant Managers to ensure production schedules are met

· Ability to remain focused while handling multiple action items simultaneously

Required Qualifications:

· High School Diploma

· 3 - 5 years of precast production preferred

· Familiar with civil engineering projects, preferably in storm water and sanitary sewer

· Ability to prioritize tasks in the order of most urgent

· Ability to strategically think, keeping the interest of FPC and the customer aligned

· Ability to effectively communicate and interact when working with cross-functional teams

· Ability to work off hours if the need arises

· Ability to travel for training and/or production facility visits

· Must be able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with an ERP / Inventory software. (Working knowledge of Titan is a plus)

Proficiency with MS Office programs and Excel

· Excellent Time Management

· Strong organizational and communication skills
