- Create detailed production schedules that align with demand, capacity, and resource availability.
- Monitor production progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure schedule adherence.
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., production, engineering, sales) to coordinate production activities and resolve issues.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate reports on production performance, efficiency, and key metrics.
- Participate in initiatives to improve production processes and reduce costs.
