**Job Summary & Location**

Production Schedulers at Acuity Brands optimize cell efficiency by coordinating and scheduling production activities to meet demand. They prioritize customer orders to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional service. Production Schedulers identify potential roadblocks and implement solutions to maintain a smooth workflow. They also analyze data and present dashboard reports highlighting key performance indicators for the production schedules. A successful candidate is experienced in managing resources effectively and responding to changing production requirements with a sense of urgency.

**This position works on-site from Winona, MN.**

**Primary Responsibilities Include:**

+ Creating and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demand on time.

+ Identifying and mitigating potential risks to production schedules, such as supply chain disruptions, equipment breakdowns, and labor shortages.

+ Properly rescheduling orders based on production dates.

+ Committing production schedule dates on time for COR, BOR and Expedite requests in ten working days horizon.

+ Monitoring production capacity to ensure that it aligns with the supply plan, including schedules adjustments to accommodate changes in production volume.

+ Coordinating and prioritizing customer orders to ensure theyre processed and fulfilled according to the scheduled plan.

+ Optimizing the schedule for cell efficiency.

**Qualifications:**

+ 2+ years of Production Scheduler experience is required.

+ A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Logistics is required.

+ Experience in supply chain data analytics is required.

+ Experience communicating cross-functionally to drive execution.

+ Collaborate to drive decision making focused on the end user.
