Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $27 - $29 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

What you'll be doing as Production Shift Leader:

* Lead the production crew, ensuring a safe operating environment for all employees every shift.

* Monitor shift performance and communicate/coordinate improvement initiatives.

* Monitor/supervise the operations of production systems and equipment

* Keep accurate production records.

* Monitor tests for quality and help correct any results outside of specified ranges

* Qualify as relief for all team positions to cover for absences.

* Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor/manager.

Available Shifts:

Shift Timings: 3rd shift (Night)

Job Requirements:

* Good communication skills and flexible leadership style

* 1-2 years related job experience in manufacturing process

* Walk, stand, stoop, kneel or crouch as needed; traverse production sites/buildings

* Lift light to heavy objects regularly

* Able to work in all weather conditions
