Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in safely and efficiently operating and optimizing production equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Helps manufacturing staff achieve company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results. Enforces company policies and guidelines. Reports safety related issues for all production areas and equipment. Recruits, hires, and trains employees. Assists workers by offering personal growth opportunities.
