Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for the role, Production/Operations Leadership, Career Advancement, Manufacturing, DFW.

An international leader in the manufacture of residential and commercial building materials located in a Dallas suburb has an urgent need for experienced Manufacturing/Production/Shift Leader at their key DFW area manufacturing facility.

• Proven ability to change the attitudes/behaviors of your employees.
• Direct experience in safety training/job training personally instructing your employees.
• Extensive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Ability to set and manage to KPI's.

Candidate should have strong people skills with the ability to bring a “coaching” style of management. An ideal candidate should be personable, a collaborator and the ability to mentor. Should have experience overseeing 20+ hourly workers.

Strong technical skills such as Lean, Continuous Improvement and KPI's. Must be able to interpret/analyze the data and make decisions be strategic/tactical and adjust.
