They will carry out training, execution, follow up, and monitoring the success of the production team's shipping efforts to ensure efficacy and efficiency.Essential Functions:The following list of functions is descriptive of the work to be performed but it should not be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, functions, or tasks that the job may require.Functions

• Oversee and monitor the production team's on-time shipping metric to ensure our partners receive their product in a safe and timely manner.
• Collaborate with the production manager, production team members, and colleagues within ProdataKey's team to improve shipping processes within production.
• Motivate team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for improvement.
• Answer team member questions related to production shipping processes and goals, discover training needs, provide coaching, listen to team member feedback, and resolve inter-team conflicts.
• Collaborate with the production manager and production team lead on employee development relating to shipping responsibilities.
• Complete Monday point entry at the end of every business day for effective tracking of efficiency.
• Help maintain shipping supply stock levels and carry out frequent inventory counts.
• Assess quality control for shipments.
• Assist management with training new team members on shipping responsibilities.
• Frequently research shipping methods/partners to make sure ProdataKey is utilizing the best shipping methods and practices with partners.
• Maintain relationships with outside vendors and shipping partners.
• Have a firm understanding of all production shipping processes.
• Assist as needed with production tasks and other duties as assigned.
• Report to assigned office daily.

• 1+ years of experience in production or equivalent role.
• Proficiency in utilizing shipping partner software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working independently and keeping to a tight production schedule.
• Acute attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Forklift Certification is a plus.
