Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or light industrial environment
• Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Preferred background in woodworking, auto repair, sewing, or similar trades

Available Positions:

• Factory Production Worker - Day Shift
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Overtime: 30 minutes after shifts (Mon-Thu) + Friday OT (4-8 hours as needed)
• Starting Pay: $23.80/hour with potential increases based on job qualification
• Shipping Warehouse Worker - Weekend Shift
• Schedule: Friday - Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Three 12-hour shifts, paid for 40 hours)
• Starting Pay: $22.91/hour (with shift premium), increasing to $24.20/hour on May 1st
• $1.80 additional increase after 1 year
