Raytheon has an opportunity to join the Advanced Electronics Subassembly (AES) Factory as the Production Specialist. The Production Specialist is responsible for leading projects which optimize cost, quality, and schedule requirements of the AES manufacturing area. Projects which require support include, but are not limited to, infrastructure facility planning to introduce high-volume automation equipment, process flow optimization, equipment property management, and driving the modernization of tiered communication across functions to ensure effective collaboration and communication to meet the needs of the business. The Specialist will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement projects through collaboration with manufacturing engineering, test engineering, quality engineering, and operations, while utilizing CORE principles. The Production Specialist will report directly to the Factory Operations Manager and will have the opportunity to participate in key leadership engagements to support the requirements of this role.

What You Will Do

* Become a CORE Champion and facilitate CORE engagements and events

* Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams in daily morning meetings utilizing latest technologies

* Calibration champion managing over 5,000 pieces of equipment

* Safety and or continuous improvement initiatives

* Drive area re-layouts to best support the current product portfolio

* Manage office supply inventory within budget constraints.

Qualifications You Must Have

* Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.

* The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
