Job Responsibilities:Provide support for Force Protection Security equipment deployed worldwide. The contractor will physically inventory incoming and outgoing repair items to ensure correct items are shipped and received to/from repair vendors, end users, and Government storage functions. The contractor will be required to physically move equipment with a forklift, for which they must be professionally trained and licensed. The contractor will be granted a 60-day grace period to obtain the required license. The contractor will often be required to clean soiled equipment received from forward deployed locations using compressed air or a pressure washer prior to placing it into repair lines. The contractor must comply with all safety training and equipment requirements. In addition to deliverable reports, support personnel are required to input data to Government produced reports, data systems, and briefings. Specific expertise is required to expedite hardware through the repair process and the defense supply systems to reach end users in worldwide locations. Use of CCSD systems CLASS and PIDS is required, as well as familiarity with stock listing, disposals and initiating purchase requests. The contractor shall accurately inventory and process an estimated average of 200 units to/from CCSD supply warehouses and receiving section, and/or to transportation or maintenance, per month.TS/SCI
Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
