Production Staff - Adecco : Job Details

This position will provide technical support to production by troubleshooting equipment and making appropriate adjustments to achieve maximum uptime. We have 2 shifts available: 2nd shift (3 pm - 11 pm)3rd shift (11 pm - 7 am)Responsibilities:Conduct periodic inspections of product to identify defects that may be related to equipment. Work with production associates to understand and resolve equipment-related problems. Support continuous improvement by leading KTA teams which will benefit associate development. Take appropriate measures to resolve equipment problems and keep equipment operating appropriately. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as appropriate. Provide training and direction to production associates and team leads on making minor adjustments to equipment to maintain uptime. Provide input for process, environmental and safety improvements. Provide backup as needed to fill vacancies within department. Follow safe practices to promote a safe work environment.
