Production Supervisor - 1st Shift - The QTI Group : Job Details

Summary: The QTI Group is seeking DIRECT HIRE Production Supervisor on 1st shift. If you have 5+ years of Metal Manufacturing Supervisory experience, a strong work ethic and communication skills you are encouraged to apply.

• Working hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
• Pay: $65,000-$70,000/year depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to shop floor
• Communicate and build trust while fostering ongoing positive working relationships
• Manage capacity, productivity and efficiency, establish and monitor appropriate metrics and make necessary improvements based on data
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement
• Root cause analysis

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a related field
• Familiar with ISO 9000, Six sigma and lean manufacturing
