Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor for our roadway operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our cement production processes and teams, ensuring that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This position requires a unique blend of leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a strong commitment to safety and process improvement. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.
  • Implement and manage production schedules to meet deadlines and maintain continuous operations.
  • Utilize SAP for inventory management, scheduling, and other operational tasks.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
  • Utilize performance management techniques to monitor team productivity and individual performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of construction projects related to mining operations.
  • Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and smooth transitions.
  • Monitor equipment and machinery, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for the department, aligning with overall company objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a cement or similar heavy industry environment.
  • Proven experience with process improvement
