Job DescriptionPosition Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor with a strong background in CNC machining to lead our production team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure optimal workflow, and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Supervision: Manage and lead a team of CNC operators and production staff to achieve daily production targets.
- Scheduling: Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines and customer demands.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Technical Oversight: Troubleshoot and resolve CNC programming, setup, and operational issues.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce workplace safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Training & Development: Provide training and mentorship to team members to develop skills and ensure adherence to best practices.
Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: - Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. - Proficiency in CNC machining, programming, and troubleshooting. Skills: - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization. - Proficiency in CAM software. - Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
