As a Production Supervisor at Amphenol Industrial you will be responsible for overseeing our manufacturing operations and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products. You will lead and work alongside a team of production workers, manage day-to-day production activities, and contribute to our companys growth and success.

Duties/Responsibilities: (Position Specific)

  • Follow all safety policies, procedures and practices minimizing risk and striving for Zero incidents.
  • Adhere to methods, policies and processes set forth by the engineering management team.
  • Lead and supervise a team of production workers, providing guidance, motivation and support to ensure maximum productivity and performance while working alongside.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and execute production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient resource allocation.
  • Enforce quality control measures to maintain product quality and compliance with industry standards and specifications.

Duties/Responsibilities: (Position Specific)

  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and execute production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient resource allocation.
  • Enforce quality control measures to maintain product quality and compliance with industry standards and specifications.
  • Promote and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement lean manufacturing principles, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Train and mentor production teams members, supporting their skill development and growth within the company.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste
  • Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for compliance and analysis purposes.
  • Address production related issues promptly, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective action to prevent recurrence

Qualifications Education/Experience:

Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred

5 years of experience as a production supervisor in a manufacturing environment

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production related software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to change
