Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Fort Worth, TX (100% onsite)

Duration: 2+ Months Contract

Shifts:

2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Request ID: CRNGJP00027415)

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Request ID: CRNGJP00027417)

Job Description:

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2 to 3 years of Manufacturing and supervision experience.

Scope/ Deliverables/ Responsibilities:

Engineering & Quality

• Addressing and solving equipment-related operations issues.
• Making decisions about acceptable vs. unacceptable quality of products.
• Ensure quality standards are being met.
• Identify areas for improvement and voice issues that operators have with equipment, processes, and procedures.
• Identify and Implement equipment upgrades and improvements.
• Ensure conditions of tooling and equipment are maintained.
• Understand and know the products and procedures.
• Managing/ overseeing the installation of equipment.

Shift Supervision

• Lead and work with the 60 operators per shift across 6 lines (2 people on assembly per line, 2 people on packaging per line and 3 people on material handling for all the lines).
• Oversee the operator's performance and adherence to the process procedure.
• Ensure that quotas are being met.
• Ensure that correct tools are available and in good working order for each operator.
• Managing operators' occurrences, reporting occurrences

General

• Holding daily stand-up meetings to start each shift.
• Keep a shift log of activities, performance, issues/ events.
• Have a shift handover meeting with the next shift supervisor.
• Address production-related problems as they arise.
• Train operators on the process and procedures of the equipment.
• Help to install the new equipment in the facility
