Our client is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in their manufacturing facility. This role involves managing production workflows, ensuring product quality, and optimizing operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations in the production area.
• Ensure production schedules are met, coordinating with different departments as needed.
• Monitor the quality of products and implement process improvements.
• Manage and train production staff, fostering a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain production equipment, ensuring proper function and safety.
• Utilize MRP systems to manage production resources and materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Report production metrics and suggest strategies for efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a machine shop.
• Familiarity with sheet metal processes or CNC machining.
• Experience with machinery like CNC milling machines, CNC turning centers, grinders, and precision measurement equipment.
• Familiarity with operating and troubleshooting CNC machines, cutting tools, and other metalworking equipment.
• Experience with MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• High school diploma required; college degree in a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of machine shop equipment such as CNC mills, CNC lathes, and grinding machines.
