Job Description :

Our client,in Kaleva Michigan is seeking a Finishing Manager to join their team. As a Finishing Manager , you will be part of the production team.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in manufacturing or related field, or a combination of education and related experience.

**Job Title: Finishing Manager**

**Location: Kaleva, MI**

**Pay Range: starting 40K per year**

**What's the Job?**

+ Plan and direct production schedule to ensure on-time deliveries.

+ Ensure compliance and safety procedures are being followed at all times.

+ Conduct and participate in meetings/training.

+ Screen employees and make hiring recommendations.

+ Report any unsafe conditions and maintenance to be performed.

**What's Needed?**

+ Bachelors degree in manufacturing or related field, or a combination of education and related experience.

+ Knowledge of of above ground pressure vessels.

+ Must be well organized with attention to detail.

+ Excellent communication and management skills.
