Bilingual Spanish second shift production manager needed for manufacturing company in San Fernando Valley

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the production team, including training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.

Develop and manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for shifts.

Continuously look for ways to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.

Provide regular updates to upper management on production status, challenges, and potential improvements.
