They are looking for a Production supervisor to help guide operations by organizing priorities, delegating tasks to staff, providing direction in the production process, and suggesting improvements. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership experience and be able to provide clear direction on handling issues effectively. Production Supervisors also serve as a coach to help improve performance and administer discipline when warranted.Base salary medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, wellness programs, 401k all effective day 1 plus generous PTO and holidays.
