Production Supervisor - RecruitMilitary Placement Services : Job Details

Our client is a leading manufacturer of textiles, and they are seeking military veteran talent for Production Supervisor roles their Mountain City, TN and Lexington, NC plant locations. The client has developed a training program for their Production Supervisors to fully understand of the plant operations, from the operator to the manager level.The Production Supervisor will be responsible for:- Leading and motivating the production team (25-40 employees), ensuring goals are met, safety protocols are followed, and quality products are being produced- Maintain and improve production throughput and work with the Plant Manager to maintain direct labor cost- Address mechanical, operational, and technical downtime issues- Attain a high-level working knowledge of all Quality Control systems and material/product testing equipment- Ensure employees adhere to company safety regulations and policies12-hour shifts (7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am); 2 on 3 off, every other weekend is three days off.Base salary, 401k starts immediately, onsite nurse practitioner at various plant locations, credit union membership.
