A recognized world leader and Global 1000 company in supplying pumps, valves, seals, automation, and services to the power, oil, gas, chemical, and other industries is looking for a Production Supervisor in their Memphis, Tennessee location. There are many growth opportunities with this client.As a Production Supervisor you will be responsible and accountable for the pump assembly operations. They are looking for candidates with sound understanding of assembly processes and procedures in a manufacturing or repair environmentIn this role you will:- Effectively lead and manage people, resources as measured by safety performance, turnover and employee develop sponsorship.- Achieve monthly and quarterly shipment and operating income plans- Meet or exceed on-time performance plan to ensure customer satisfaction- Assure compliance with all nuclear quality requirements and nuclear quality control procedures- Manage shop resources to meet deliverables- Drive CIP culture throughout the organization and meet cycle time reduction goals- Good working knowledge of pumps and rotating equipment required- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills- Understanding of EPA and OSHA regulations- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft OfficeBase salary, plus 15% bonus, full benefits and 401k. Monday through Friday position.
