As Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising assigned manufacturing production activities, including production output, quality, safety, materials, department goals, and coaching and developing the hourly workforce.Primary responsibilities include leading and motivating a team to achieve plant goals and fostering positive relationships with hourly production team members through engagement, mentoring, and training. You will manage daily production schedules, adjust resources as needed, and ensure safe working conditions by addressing safety concerns, conducting audits, and investigating incidents. Ensuring quality goals are met, supporting plant leadership with production improvements, and collaborating with maintenance to minimize downtime are key tasks. Additionally, you will work with support operations to maintain a balanced schedule, manage staffing needs and attendance, and support hiring, disciplinary, promotion, and termination decisions.$70 - $85K plus full benefits, 401k, and an excellent profit-sharing program once vested in the company.
