Learn more at hcbyachts.comPosition Summary:The Production Supervisor will oversee hourly employees and ensure schedules, policies, and procedures are followed. Maintaining a high level of organization and drive continuous improvement to help build/maintain a culture of good work ethic, loyalty, lean manufacturing. The position also requires embrace the Custom activities of the brand.Job Responsibilities:

• Hires, trains, disciplines and rewards employees in accordance to company's guidelines
• Reviews and maintains daily task
• Develops and implements process improvements needed for optimal department performance
• Ensure the employees are focused on customer and internal quality issues and anomalies
• Track and report on TPP data
• Update and share information from the Departmental and station boards
• Participate and solve anomalies cross functionally in the Fast Response program
• Collaboratively work with Engineering to launch new product and custom deviations
• Report out daily in an accountability meeting on quality and daily work standards performance
• Help build and maintain world class 5's
• Report out in weekly staff meeting on progress and closure of weekly and monthly task/projects

Qualification Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years' experience in a leadership role in the marine industry
• Demonstrated tangible leadership skills that cohere to the lean culture with the ability to engage, coach and develop associates and peers
• Has knowledge and exercised problem-solving tools 5y's, Fishbones etc....
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
