Job DescriptionProduction Supervisor We're seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor to lead and inspire our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong leader who can drive change, hold team members accountable, and effectively guide them toward achieving production goals. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, capable of root cause analysis, and data-driven, with a proven track record in manufacturing operations and assembly. You'll manage a production cell, ensuring that daily targets are met, quality standards are upheld, and continuous improvement initiatives are implemented. Your role will involve monitoring production metrics, analyzing data, and collaborating closely with other departments to resolve issues and enhance productivity. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of production operators, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Analyze production data, implement process improvements, and maintain production metrics.
- Ensure adherence to safety practices, quality standards, and company goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in business or engineering-related field required, bachelor's preferred.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Frequent physical activity, including standing, walking, and handling items.
- Exposure to a manufacturing plant environment with occasional office work.
