Production Supervisor - Epitec : Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Coach Safety, Quality, and Productivity
• Optimize throughput within budget
• Monitor ANDON occurrences and respond
• Ensure safe, smooth, quality production
• Support Kaizen and problem resolution
• Communicate and recognize achievements
• Meet targets for FTT, inventory, cost, scrap, supply, and tooling
• Build team capabilities
• Foster a positive work environment
• Handle basic supervisory tasks

Experience Required:

• Lean Manufacturing knowledge

• Body shop/stamping/paint/subassembly experience
• Safety and Quality experience
• Constraint management knowledge
• Unionized workforce management

Education:

• Required: High School Diploma/GED
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
