Job Description :

MAU is hiring a Production Supervisor for DiversiTech in Conyers, GA. As a Production Supervisor, you will coordinate the daily activities of production teams and ensure manufacturing operations align with established standard operating procedures. This includes overseeing production line specifications, volume and cost schedules, waste reduction goals, and quality standards. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Shift Information:

  • 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Rotating Shifts

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment, preferably in injection molding, concrete, assembly, or chemical production
  • 3–5 years of experience operating complex machinery and providing frontline leadership to production teams

General Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude
  • Proven experience in fast-paced, high-volume work environments
  • Solid mechanical skills with experience operating complex and potentially hazardous machinery
  • Dedicated to exceeding job expectations and delivering high-quality results
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proactive self-starter with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Essential Functions:

  • Ensures compliance with all plant safety protocols and objectives, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment
  • Investigate workplace accidents and implement preventive measures
  • Manages recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations for plant staff
  • Ensures adherence to OSHA regulations and promptly addresses any compliance concerns
  • Fosters a collaborative team environment to support goal alignment and achievement
  • Consistently meets or exceeds quality standards and labor cost targets
  • Monitors employee performance, conducts regular reviews and provides coaching to support the development and address performance gaps
  • Administers disciplinary actions in line with company policies and procedures
  • Oversees employee attendance, approves time-off requests, and ensures accurate and timely timecard processing
  • Assists with production line tasks as needed to maintain operational efficiency
  • Prepares and analyzes production reports to identify and resolve performance issues
  • Performs other duties as required
