The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading daily operations in the food manufacturing plant. This leadership role ensures the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of food products in accordance with production schedules, safety standards, quality requirements, and sanitary guidelines while incorporating McCain's MDI continuous improvement strategies Key Responsibilities:Oversee all production lines and ensure adherence to production schedules, safety standards, and product quality requirements. Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety and ensure team understands the importance of safety and employees perform work in accordance to safe work practices.
