Position: Production Supervisor - 1st Shift

Location: Sun Prairie, WI

Type: On Site

Responsibilities:

• Oversee production team operations
• Training and development of employees
• Execute cross-functional initiatives and projects
• Scheduling, hiring, termination, employee reviews, etc.

Requirements to be considered:

• 3+ years production supervisory experience
• Experience with perishable products is preferred
• Must have manufacturing experience
• Conversational or fluency in spanish is a plus
