What our Arils Production Supervisor will do:Lead and supervise a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback, including conducting corrective action conversations to ensure a safe working environment. Strategically plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to meet set targets and deadlines, ensuring strict adherence to established production centerlines. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics to ensure seamless production operations. Enforce and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Arils manufacturing processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards. Monitor and maintain the functionality of equipment, proactively initiating maintenance or repairs as necessary.
