Job Summary A highly qualified person with experience in production lines and in evaluating the effectiveness of the processes necessary to achieve the department's projects and objectives Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Training & Support
- Ongoing knowledge and education on company systems.
- Participates in formal and informal training sessions to acquire new skills and knowledge.
- Contributes to and updates team training documentation.
- IT Functions
- Responsible for department issues.
- Participate in team meetings and communications.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory at locations.
- Follow up on order alerts.
- Track status of machines and ordered supplies using inventory management tool.
- Monitoring the Open order report and ensuring that all orders of the day are dispatched and closed in the system.
- Tech Support
- Participation in problem solving.
- Logical thinker and able to prioritize workload and urgency.
- Strong Customer Service Ethic.
- Support to other areas.
- Essential Skills:
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills, with a strong ability to research and find solutions independently.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or two years of experience.
- Proven ability to work on production lines.
- Knowledge of Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to provide user support.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expert Level O365 Experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies
- Extensive knowledge of desktop applications (Windows)
