Production Supervisor - Aerotek : Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our operations management team. Reporting to the Surface Superintendent, the successful candidate will lead and supervise the hourly workforce to safely and efficiently produce and ship bulk and packaged salt products. This role requires empowering employees to maintain positive relations, fostering a team environment, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and ownership. Responsibilities. Supervise mill operators, bulk loader operators, package operators, laborers, and contract employees. Ensure safe operations by setting high safety standards and leading by example, complying with MSHA standards and company safety policies. Maintain compliance with environmental requirements and company policies, ensuring spills are cleaned up and pollution control devices are operating.
