The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in managing and improving our production lines. Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.2. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.3. Oversee and coach employees.4. Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field.2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.3. In-depth knowledge of production management.4. Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.5. Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.6. Experience in reporting on key production metrics.7. Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.8. Outstanding communication ability.9. Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.10. Attention to detail.11.
