Production Supervisor - Night Shift - Plastipak Packaging : Job Details

Monitor and ensure quality control checks and preventative maintenance is being completed in conformance with policies & procedures. Ensure all standards are upheld during the shift, including GMP, ISO, SPC, quality and safety. Monitor documentation and data entry for accuracy & compliance with processes & procedures. Facilitate scheduled work orders, ensuring customer requirements are met, including required materials to fulfill work orders. Provide on-the-job training to new associates on the line & with auxiliary equipment. Relieve Technicians for breaks and fill-in, as needed. Collaborate within and across the operation to drive continuous improvement. You Have:Ability to work the following shift: Night Shift 7 pm-7:10 am. Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing production experience, with a preference for plastic manufacturing. Process-oriented, with a sound knowledge of SPC & Quality procedures.
