Production Support - Experis : Job Details

Role: Production Support Engineer Location : Tampa, FL (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week) Position type: 2 months with high possibility of extension/Conversion as FTE Pay range between $65 - $70/hr on W2 (All inclusive)Description: As a production support engineer, the person will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for critical production applications. Skills required: •8+ years of experience in production support. •8+ years of experience in Incident Management, job monitoring, Root Cause Analysis etc. •Knowledge of Ab Initio or any ETL tools. •Knowledge of Unix. •Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting. •Familiarity with IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow or Jira. •5+ years of experience in Oracle Financials cloud with a focus on General Ledger or Accounting Hub Cloud Services. •Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools such as Oracle Financial Reporting and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI). •Must be able to collaborate with different stake holders and teams.
