5 years of experience in a 24x7 production support experience in a financially impactful environment
3 years of experience in incident change and problem management
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education military and work experience
Knowledge of ISO 8583 message standards and regulations
Knowledge of ISO20022 compliance
Experience reading TCPIP traces
Experience in Card and Payments domains
Knowledge of regulations related with payments
Knowledge of ACH RTP MuleSoft Murex Swift cross border and domestic payments
Knowledge of technical issues related with payment cards and payments principles of organization and operation of payment card systems
