Production Support - Insight Global : Job Details

Insight Global is looking for a Production Support Specialist to join one of our largest Financial clients in Chandler, AZ. Responsibilities - Troubleshoot application issues by reviewing pertinent logging with minimal documentation on application function and flowTake ownership and provide support for single user data inquiriesDrive for root cause to application outagesDrive partner teams without direct leadership of themProactive identification of stability concerns (whether through logging, monitoring, etc.)Provide day-to-day application support to application systems, which includes answering user queries, monitoring applicationsPursue a proactive approach to problem solving within a cohesive team environmentWork closely with peers under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned analysts and documented processesCoordinate and execute multiple tasks within a fast paced environmentCoordinate with application/BOT team during releases and implement the tasksEstablish and practice industry standards, best practices and guidelines in technologyRaise any technology issues encountered, with management and keep them informed of the progress, risks and issuesTake ownership for the day to day support responsibilities provided. Research any issue encountered in production and be able to provide quick service restoration and identification of root cause. 3-5 years experience within Production Support Experience with UiPath (or any similar robotics platform) Monitoring application experience using Geneos ITRS, Elastic search , Splunk, or Python Experience using Remedy / Service Now Experience working in Windows/Linux environments
