Production Support - Lawrence Fabric & Metal Structures : Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Serve on completion team
• Serve as installer when needed
• Troubleshoot problems and coach others
• Enter materials and labor into shop track
• Train and develop others on fitting and stapling
• Grind frames as needed
• Assist where needed (painting, set up, loading, moving finished goods)
• Grommeting as needed
• Assist with packaging and shipping
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Ability to read, understand and pass pertinent LF&MS internal hiring tests with a score of 70% or higher
• Good technical and mechanical skills

There is a background check and drug screening after acceptance of position and prior to starting.
