Job Description:

Experience with AWS and ServiceNow a plus.

Experienced hands-on (5+ years) Linux, WebSphere, Java production operational support analyst having skills to maintain Java solutions and process operational data tasks and maintenance.

BA in CS or related fields with 5+ years of hand-on production support.

Maintain, implement, and deploy mission critical production data collect series.

Respond and resolve incidents for the on-prem solutions.

Facilitate development for the new cloud solutions for tasks such as data migration, analysis.
