1. Production Support/L2 Support

2. Knowledge of Unix, shell script, SQL, Openshift/Kubernetes

3. Should be proficient in one of the technologies – Java / Python / Database / Hadoop

4. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes

1. SRE knowledge

2. Cloud concepts – preferably GCP
