Production Team Leader - 2nd shift - Lebermuth Co : Job Details

Manages the coordination and utilization of equipment, materials, and people to ensure product is finished within budget and in accordance with SQF, GMP's, HACCP, and all other governmental policies, procedures, and regulations. Works with peer Team Leads, Production Supervisor and Director of Operations to ensure production schedules are aligned to materials and capacity, and executed as planned to meet quality, quantity, and safety standards. Handles product inspections to ensure all products meet required specifications and documentation is completed in accordance with Lebermuth procedures. Collaborates with peer Team Leads, Production Supervisor, and Training Specialist to develop, update, and maintain SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) to drive consistency and optimize performance. Collaborates with the maintenance team to coordinate and execute preventative maintenance plans on equipment and machinery to ensure efficient and safe operating conditions.
