This is an outstanding opportunity to launch and grow your career with our people-focused company.As a Production Team Member, you will:Work in modern production spaces with cutting edge equipment and amenitiesSet up molds, assemble rebar cages, pour and finish concrete, maintaining a safe environmentOperate a range of hand and power tools, and measuring devicesOperate mobile equipment and cranesWork around suspended loads and high-tension strandAccess scaffold and other elevated work platformsTake on general laborer duties and special projects as neededStrong attention to detail and teamwork skills are criticalPosition is considered Safety Sensitive: Work is performed in an industrial environment with large equipment and suspended loads.We have a transparent Pay for Skills program that clearly defines the skills needed to progress and increase your pay.
