What You'll Do as a Manufacturing Production Team Member:

• Safely operate manufacturing equipment with precision and care.
• Assemble components (bolts, screws, bearings, etc.) with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet production targets by completing tasks on time and to high-quality standards.
• Transport and position materials using both manual handling and equipment.
• Read and follow work instructions with confidence.
• Take on additional tasks with a can-do attitude — we value flexibility and teamwork!

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, trade labor, or fabrication.
• Strong communication skills in English — both written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP is a plus).
• Ability to pass confined space and respiratory fit tests — safety is our priority.

Shift & Compensation:

• Pay: $23.50 - $25.50 per hour, plus an additional $3.00 night shift differential.
• Schedule: Rotating shifts of 3 or 4 days per week, with one weekend day included.
